Attached is the schedule for the Concessions and also for the games throughout the season. Please make sure that we all serve our time at the concession stand and if replacements are needed, please arrange for one by calling someone else on the schedule and swapping the slots around. If you have any questions, please just shoot me an e-mail at this address. I receive these on my blackberry so I should be able to get back in touch with you rather quickly.
Just a couple of housekeeping items. If I am going to be releasing your child to another adult, (anyone other than their own parent), please send me a quick e-mail letting me know. I can not release a child to another adult without a written notification. I am sure everyone understands this and will cooperate, but I want to avoid any possible confusion. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
